Developing Viola Jones' algorithm for detecting and tracking a human face in video file

<p>Face detecting and tracking in video clips is very important many areas of<br />daily life. All institutions, public departments, streets, large stores use<br />cameras from a security point of view, human<br />faces necessary for indexing preserving information concerning the<br />visual media. This paper presents novel method hybridizing />Viola_Jones face detection algorithm to track identify human in<br />video sequences. The represents combination Viola Jones'<br />algorithm with measured normalized cross-correlation (NCC) algorithm<br />with template matching using the Manhattan distance measure<br />equation between successive sequences After that, fuzzy<br />logic added comparing image be detected with<br />the images templates taken proposed algorithm, which increased />accuracy results, reached 99.3%.</p>
